Washington and Lee Early Decision for Fall 2022 Admission

Washington and Lee University offers Early Decision but does not offer Early Action for freshman admissions.

The Early Decision (ED) deadline for Fall 2022 admission is November 1.

All ED1 applications should receive an admissions decision by December 31. All ED2 applications should receive an admissions decision by January 31. For the 2019-2020 school year, Washington and Lee admitted 253 of the 587 applicants who applied early decision. The acceptance rate was 43.1%.

The ED deadline is Nov 1 (not Nov 31… what calendar did that come from?) ED2 receives decisions by end of January. I corrected both of those errors.

For anyone applying, I suggest checking the college websites for the most accurate information.

Anyone know when the decision will be released? It only says late December. I noticed that financial aid decision seems to be released on the 16th, so I think it should be on or before 16th, but I didn’t get any emails.

Where do you get the financial aid decision release date?
