does anyone know if this university requires a supplement to be filled out?

yes, it is called the Pre-Data Sheet. Submit it through their website: wustl.edu
(admissions)

it's that one page data sheet, right?

so that and the common app?

Only one page? I thought there were four pages on the pdf file.

really oh no!

wait yea i see you mean the paper one
the one online is all on one page.

hah scared me there!

Haha, sorry.
Yea, if you're only applying to WashU, there are only the pre-data sheet and common app to be filled out. But if you also want to apply for scholarships, there are some forms for scholarships in addition to common app and pre-data on the WUSTL website.

are there any WUSTL supplemental essays? how hard is it to get into WUSTL? are scholarships easy to qualify for?

For the scholarships, there are supplement essays. For an application without applying scholarships, there aren't any.
Standardized tests and hs course load are very important towards admission. If you're an exam type of person, then it'd be relatively easy for you to get into WUSTL.
Correct me if I'm wrong, scholarships are relatively easier to get than some other schools. Because my friend got full ride with some 2000ish SAT's, which might also indicates that leadership, essays, EC's, and recommendations are more important than scores in the stage of scholarship qualification.
