Why has no one replied to this ??? I wanna see the answer…I have very similar stats, exact same SAT, unweighted is 3.8, weighted gpa is only 4.7 (no IB).

Because ‘Chance Me’ posts are so tough. It’s hard to come up with a realistic idea of admissions for anyone who is underneath the 75th percentile at a given school. Also, rating your essay as 9/10 doesn’t tell us anything… the quality of your essay is less important as elements of your personality that they might be looking for; these are factors we don’t know.

TBH SAT is a bit low bc the new sat is inflated. This is really just based on looking at average stats over the years. I’m applying ED too. Best of luck!
