WASHU ED 2021

@imvtgr8 having none specifically for engineering may hurt some but solid leadership roles should make up for it, how many hours overall did you volunteer?

@Raelte around 144 hours through the Interact club and about 96 through the School for the deaf over 4 years

@imvtgr8 you sound like a pretty solid candidate! As long as your essays turned out well id say youre in, good luck

@Raelte actually good luck to both of us…you seem like a strong candidate too(saw your chance me thread!)
may it happen that we get to meet on-campus!

@imvtgr8 thank you, I hope it happens as well!

I am so excited!!! Hello felloow classmates. How is your schooling today?!?

How do you guys think not interviewing will affect the process? I wasn’t able to due to family constraints.

@BLTZZZ I feel like it mostly works to indicate interest, as an ED applicant I don’t think it will do much harm

How many applicants do you think have applied ED to WashU this year?

Probably more than last year, due to the general trend of most selective colleges and the fact this thread has like twice the responses by this date compared to the 2020 Ed class. :frowning:

Last year there were 1652 and 615 were admitted!

I dont know if the thread would be the best indicator or not though, there hasn’t been more than like 40 members involved on here, has there?

Let’s just hope that we get in, I guess that’s all that most of us care about!

True, I’m becoming more and more nervous the closer we get

I started counting at 140 hours from 5 P.M. Central Time, 9th Dec (which is around 4:30 A.M, 10th Dec in my time)

Just hope that I don’t have to wait more than that!

I have a countdown clock leading to december 9th lol, i sure hope it comes out that early this year!

This next week is going to be the longest week ever

5 days guys let’s goooooo!!!

6!

@imvtgr8 I thought decisions come out on the 8th?
