<p>Is WashU engineering worth attending, over higher ranked schools such as University of Michigan or University of Illinois urbana Champaign?
Do you feel that going to WashU would disadvantage me in the field of engineering?</p>

<p>I’ve heard engineering isn’t that strong at Wash U and that Urbana is stronger. My friend who went to Urbana said to compare curricula; then check out stability in the faculty. He chose Urbana for EE.</p>
<p>Yup I am concerned about that too. Although talking to some students it does not seem all that bad.</p>
<p>It is just that I heard Wash U lost a lot of faculty iin engineering either a couple years ago or last year…</p>
