I honestly have no clue about WUSTL, but I know for a fact that Northwestern has a world class chemistry department. Hopkins is the biological science powerhouse of the three…

It’s best out of the three for life sciences, behavior biology , developmental biology, biochemistry, pathology, molecular/cellular biology, genetic biology, biomedical sciences, neuroscience, epidemiology, immunology, pharmacology are ranked among the top 10 in the nation.

Northwestern is clearly the choice for chemistry, but I would be hesitant to place Hopkins too far above WashU as far as the biological sciences are concerned.

These are all very different places. I would visit each if you can and feel where you fit.

Personally,

1)Northwestern (location)
2) WUSTL
3) JHU

use (Students Review),

from that–the best decision would be wash u. the students seem miserable at the other two.
