WashU or Northeastern Honors?

I am a biochemistry major, planning to go pre-med from NJ. I got into the Northeastern Honors College with a substantial scholarship. I got off the waitlist at WashU, but didn’t get any money. Since I’m planning on going to med school, do I go to NU and save money? Or go to WashU because it’s the better school? I was a 1530 SAT and 4.0 GPA, and am a little worried WashU might be too stressful. Thoughts?

Have you visited either? When you say “substantial” scholarship, what will be the difference in cost between the two?

A pre-med track at any school is going to be tough, and you’d be in the Honors College at NE. I know WashU has a good med school placement. Have you looked at Northeastern’s?

I’ve visited both, and liked WashU’s campus more, but felt safer in Boston. Northeastern will probably be around $30,000 cheaper a year then WashU.
