WashU transfer thread

just wanted to start a thread for all the WashU transfers out there.

i guess ill start off.

Decision: accepted

matriculation: undecided

i got some Thomas Eliot Scholar thing. anybody else know what that is?

are they on a rolling basis, because I applied just recently and won't know for a little while?

i was accepted just this past saturday, and i'm going.

Decision: accepted (heard in february)
Matriculation: I'm going (but don't tell the other schools yet lol)

I'm not sure about the Eliot Scholars thing...

i wish i had applied :T

um...no offense or anything, but does this school reject anyone>>>

sorry, but it jsut seems like for such an outstanding school it is way 2 transfer friendly to be real

I think that a blog probably isn't a good indication of a school. A blog is a very biased place, so by no means should it be considered a random sample.

hey i got in too. congrats guys.

yeah i also agree with kjane. this forum is a poor sample of applicants. they accepted 268 out of 840 transfer applicants (according to colleboard) last year, which means one out of three. many people lurk these forums and most people do not want to post whether they got rejected or not.

what school did you apply to at WashU...cus i know they haven't finished everything yet?

i applied to CAS and yes, it is rolling. so... i wouldn't think applying so close to the deadline is really helpful @ washu.

ehh i didnt think of washu till later...life goes on & ill see what happens, i have like a 3.6 at W&M so who knows.

Im going. (and why does a message have to be at least 10 characters)...
