WashU's Olin, UCB, UCLA, NYU Stern, USC Marshall

So acceptance letters have started to come in and I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out where I want to go. I want to major in international business but I have no idea which school would be the best for that.

WashU's Olin School
Pros: One of the top schools in the country, they're also giving me a 1/2 scholarship, i visited there and i really liked the sense of "community" that was there
Cons: it's in st. louis which may not be great for international business major

UCB
Pros: great business school
Cons: have to apply into the haas school later, so i may not get in

UCLA
Pros: I got a scholarship
Cons: No business school

NYU Stern
Pros: very well-known school, in new york city, great study abroad program, one of the top business schools
Cons: i'll have to pay full tuition

USC Marshall
Pros: same as nyu, in a big city (los angeles), i got a 1/2 scholarship
Cons: i haven't heard great things about usc (i heard it's a "party school," so i'm not sure if i'll fit in)

Does anyone have any idea of where I shoul go? If you were in my situation, which would you choose and why? And does it really make much of a difference if you go to a "brand-name" school like UC Berkeley?
