wat are my chances?

-Okay I'm going to be a senior this year. I want to go to a medical school later on. What are my chances at CLA and CBS? Im fine with CLA because i know my chances CBS are almost non extant...

-GPA: unweighted: 3.8
Weighted: 3.9 ( i took Ap stats and APUSH in my junior year, my first time taking ap's and a B in stats and A- in APUSH the whole year)

-Act: 25 (Im just not a good test taker. Do i have no chance with this score?)
-AP results: AP stats: 3 APUSH: 4

-I plan to take AP world literature, AP biology, AP physics, and AP Human Geography all in my senior year as well.

-Im signed up to start a chapter club at my H.S called Students for a Free Tibet(SFT)
-This summer i participated in a camp called Asian Pacific Youth Leadership Retreat(apylr)

Random:
- I am of Tibetan descent
- Will be a first generation college student

I’d say you have a decent chance. Your unweighted GPA suggests that you have barely had any grades below an A. I’m also wondering what my chances are to get in, but I’d say you are looking good for CLA

You have a better chance than you think. Although your ACT scores are much lower than the average score in CBS, your GPA will make up for it and your background will as well.
I would say you probably have like a 50-50 chance.
You can always try to transfer later.

You have a decent shot at getting into the College of Liberal Arts. The College of Biology Sciences will probably be a stretch (You do have a shot though). The average ACT score for CLA was 27.3, while CBS was 30.3.

I agree with orion12. Your grade point average is high and you have excellent extracurriculars. It is only your ACT you need to worry about. While admission is definitely getting competitive, you have a good chance at CLA. As orion noted, transferring in for the Spring 2013 semester would have a lot less competition.
