Watches Allowed In Testing Room?

Hi guys, new member. Was just wondering if they allow watches in the testing room. Do they only allow analog watches or digital ones too? And can I bring a watch that has a stopwatch built in to time myself, or is that not allowed? Help would be appreciated.

You can take a watch as long as it's quiet, make sure you turn off tha alarm.

I think that as long as it doesn't make any noise, you can use it. Mine makes a small beep when started (when I use the stopwatch, I mean). One proctor was cool with this, while another wouldn't allow it. You should definitely be able to just use the clock function, though. (Mine was digital.)

You also can't take your watch off and set it on the desk.

I was allowed to, so that probably varies from place to place.

^they made me take it off the desk, but my watch quiet (vibrating) countdown timer was not disapproved.

I used a timer during my test, one of those stopwatch things like a coach would use, and the proctor didn't care at all. She just let me use it. I just had it laying flat on the desk.
