Can USC students watch porn if they're connected to student wifi on campus? I can't find anything that prohibits/allows porn websites.

I know it’s an awkward question but I am trying to avoid asking anyone on campus.

Don’t know if this really helps, but here is what is in computer use agreement:

"Members of the USC community are expected to obey all federal, state, and local laws, as well as University policies and procedures.

These guidelines apply to you whether you are using University computers or are using your personal computer equipment while associated with the University.

Following are the guidelines in brief. Click on any guideline to go a more detailed explanation of each.

Guidelines in Brief
• Use of University computing resources is restricted to authorized users.
• Safeguard your own privacy and respect the privacy of others.
• Harassment is illegal no matter what the form of communication. It is against the law and University policy to send harassing email messages.
• Other laws governing traditional communication (obscenity, libel, copyright) apply to online communication.
• Computing is a shared resource. Make reasonable use so as not to infringe on the use of others. "

Well now there is a question… +1scmom12, guidelines in brief says it all!!

To think I was sending my DS a text today and said he had time to watch pa"W"n stars!

Are you 18? Then yes, you may watch porn. They aren’t gonna ping your IP for legally watching that on campus. Have at it.
