Water spilled on my semi-finalist application

<p>I got my Semi-Finalist application from school today. However, water accidentally spilled on the packet. The application is not thaaat bad, but there are a lot of wrinkles everywhere.</p>

<p>Can you get a second copy of the application?</p>

<p>Edit: The wrinkles aren’t that bad. I ironed it on a low heat. You can only see a little bit of bumps.</p>

<p>Ask your guidance counselor. I expect that National Merit would be willing to send an additional one.</p>
