Wayne State vs. Michigan State University?

I was accepted to both universities, but Wayne offered me a scholarship as well as an invitation into their honors program. Once I finish my bachelor's I would like to become a Physician's Assistant, but until then, I was wondering which schools would be better for a neuroscience major?

Also, I really want to attend UofM, but since they rejected me, I have to take the long path to get there. I am also an average student, and am very afraid that I won't be able to keep up with the level of difficulty at Michigan -- is that true? Is it that much harder from Wayne or State? I was thinking about completing the prereqs for neuroscience at Wayne State and then transferring to Michigan, but what if they don't accept me as a transfer then?

Another worry I had is what if I change my mind and what to do something completely different? Should I choose the bigger, brand-named school, or take the money and go to somewhere that would be easier to maintain a high GPA?

Any input would be truly appreciated!!

Actually, Wayne’s medical programs are pretty good. I suggest you take the scholarship. If you feel unchallenged mid-year, try the transfer. But for now, I would definitely take the money.

Michigan state all day. Are u serious??
