Ways to ask a girl to prom....

<p>So I am getting down to crunch time and I am going to ask this girl and I am almost positive she knows I am going to ask her. her friends told me to do it blah blah blah. So here is my situation. I talk to her, not a whole lot, were not best friends by any means. Her friends are my friends, and my friends are her friends, and she plays soccer. I might want to incorporate that in it except she isnt very good.....I have a couple ideas but I dont know if there good.</p>

<p>The one i was thinking about doing was me and all my guy friends and that group of girls going out to my buddies farm. His farm is like 45 minutes away and as your coming close to it you go through this twisty country road. I was thinking about putting signs around like every curve that said. Grace...will...you....go...to...prom...with... and then have me standing out in front of his farm with flowers and "Me" painted on my chest or something? Maybe gay but Ideas or improvements are greatly suggested!!</p>

“Hey, Grace, want to go to prom with me?”
And hand her a rose or two if she says yes. Seriously prom is not a big deal.</p>

<p>Nearly everyone I know just flat-out asked. I suppose if you really like her that much, that’s fine.</p>

<p>Creativity is great. Even if the date turns out to be forgettable, the asking will be memorable for you both!</p>

<p>I agree with Cryso to some extent. You don’t need to put that much effort, but I think prom is a big deal.</p>

<p>Just tell her why you like her, and how much you cared about her and how awesome it would be if you two could go to the prom together. Give her a small gift, and that should be enough. :)</p>

<p>if your name’s will, you could do a knock-knock joke and after “will who?” ask “will you go to prom w/ me?” that’s how my friend was asked.</p>

<p>Wow really. Our school if you dont do something creative then they turn you down instantly. I guess our school is full of #$#*$&. Someone asked them by telling the Portillos lady to say “Order 53, will you go to prom with me!”</p>

<p>How I asked him to prom:
I took a picture text of the following, written in Sharpie on notebook paper during class.</p>

<p>A haiku para ti:
Edward, it’s Holly
Pain is good… dancing? Better!
Be my date to prom?</p>

<p>*It should be noted that the “pain is good” is in reference to a small flirtation that occurred when I showed him to freak dance like a girl, and he remarked that it hurt. No, I am not totally insane.</p>

<p>**It also should be noted that this worked for me over a year ago and we have been like PB’n’J ever since.</p>

<p>If her soccer team is practicing, get together with a few of her friends from the team and print out the letters for “will you go to prom with me?”. have each girl on the team hold one or two letters and you hide behind them with a rose. When she comes to the field, have everyone turn around and then split apart and you come out with a rose.<br>

<p>walk with her and tell her to hold a marker for you while you do something…take the sweater off and have her answer…</p>

if your school is done with pep rallies(sp?) try over the morning announcements</p>

<p>I had to turn a guy down over the phone.</p>

<p>But it kind of ruined things because he was my friend, and we’re going to the same college, but i don’t think of him like that and now things are just plain…awkward.</p>

<p>But, if her friends told you to ask her, chances are, she wants to go with you. So the above is not the case.</p>
