<p>In general, he is such a downer and I’m not sure if it’s just the stress getting to him. It hurts to see him to presentations and he gets so nervous all the time and sweats the small stuff. Like he is okay after it but before it he is a wreck.</p>

<p>If I’m rutting out before a performance a friend of mine always calms me down with good banter. If I’m feeling sad (rather than nervous) I flirt, because getting a cute girl’s phone number always sends my confidence through the roof!</p>

<p>1) Put bad people down. Find someone you don’t like, and completely ruin his/her day. For example, I found out the KKK’s phone number and called them at 3:00 in the night, woke them up, and made them extremely angry. Then I repeated the process. It was amazing.</p>
<p>2) Eat some food that you really like.</p>
