Ways to Make My Experience at Hopkins Better

I am a student at Johns Hopkins University. I love the academics here but I am not really happy here in terms of the social/activities/atmosphere experience. I have a unique situation as this is basically my second freshman year: I took a leave of absence last year in November before even finishing a semester. I feel like an outcast like I did in high school and like I don’t belong here. I know I have to change a lot of things about me because I have social anxiety and anxiety and I haven’t tried really hard to be social. I just don’t feel like I’m a part of the community. Next semester I have some plans to make my experience better which include joining clubs, switching dorms (my dorm floor is very isolating and not social at all), doing a freshman-specific course during intersession, taking a leadership seminar and maybe doing Greek life. I would like some advice with how to go along with all of this. Any help or responses are greatly appreciated.
