<p>Hey, someone (forgot who) on this site said we could check online the status of our app under the section Check Status...and that it will give decision couple days faster than the mailed decision...is this true?</p>
<p>(whoever told me- dont woryr im not doubting ya, im just really antsy and if its 100% cmoing before jan 31, im getting even more anxious!!)</p>

<p>Yes, it is possible. UNC sometimes processes faster than the deadline implies. For example, Morehead SF results were out a little before the deadline. It has happened in the past...BUT DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP! Only 19 days until the 31st, anyway. :)</p>
<p>Yeah i'm the one who posted that before, like i said my friend has been to a couple of those science days which unc holds and he spoke to an admissions rep. and she just said that it is possible(although definately not a fact) that the decisions could appear online up to probably a week(meaning the 24th) before the actual date which is the 31st which is the latest date to actually receive your letter in the mail.</p>
