Weak SAT scores, can I still get into University of Pittsburgh

So I've taken the SAT twice and a prep class and my super score is a 1570, I cannot seem to do well on the math section, I have gotten a 470 both times. I have never done well with standardized testing, but I'm afraid I won't get into my dream school because of it. I still have another chance to take it, and I'm taking the ACTs but I'm afraid I still won't do well.

Will these factors help me even with my low SAT scores

Ranked 20th/365 in my class
UW GPA: 3.9
W. GPA: 4.21
Volunteer hours from numerous hospitals and programs
work experience
rigorous senior year schedule (5 AP's)
Taking all honors/AP classes now
My mom works for Pitt
I have done numerous medical programs for high school students down at their campus
Medical Apprenticeship
Varsity Track & Field, Softball, and Tennis
Special Olympics Club, Math League, Science Club, Pre-Med club, Red Cross Club, Student Council, National Honor's Society (officer), Junior Class Officer, Sophomore class officer, etc.

what are my chances even with low SAT scores?

I told another Pitt hopeful with a 1590 this earlier today: little to no chance with that kind of SAT. Depending on your breakdown, you are probably below 25th percentile in all three parts.
