Well, Atlanta is still better, ravin. :-P

EAS-did your post get deleted?

nah I deleted it- I made a comment about MA in general, then I realized the thread was about Harvard, not just the state of MA.

I think it was relevant. A lot of the Harvard policy is just Mass law. Anyway, not a big deal.

Well for inquiring minds...I said that paintball guns are definately legal in MA. You can buy them at Walmart. My brother has several.

circles.
boston and atlanta cant be compared.
Boston is the heart of education and atlanta is the heart of crime

if knifes arent allowed then u eat with sporks? confused.

yeah guys, you dont need guns to feel safe. in my small town home, we dont even need to lock our doors at night. we have no security system etc. a lady at a store offered to hold my mom's purse for her while she went of a walk (waiting for oil to be changed) and my mom let her. when she got back, it was perfectly untouched. i want to live somewhere like that. even if the place i live is terrible, im a blackbelt so i dont mind (seriously i kick ***)

ravin, as you can see, I have a smiley sticking out its tongue next to the sentence I wrote; I was only joking.

But, just because we have crime does not mean we are not an awesome city. Boston has its problems, too, but it's still an awesome city. You're right: they can't be compared. They're both awesome and both extremely different.

If you can't tell by now, I obviously love my home town.

And, Shark_Bite, damn. Where do you live, Plesantville? :-P

YAY! I can go paintballin'! Thanks, EAS.

I could never imagine having to own a gun. But then again, my old town was named the "Safest Place to Raise Your Children" ever since that award has existed. So I can't say that I have much experience in that area.

circles,
i know you were joking. :) :)
and believe me, so was i

boston is my birthplace and i am senti about it just as you are about atlanta
:D

LOL. Yeah, Boston is the site of many events that shaped our government. Atlanta gave you Coca-Cola ;). And, if you drink Dasani, you're drinking water from our chatahoochie (the dirtiest river in the US supposedly).

Oh yeah, and the ATL Aquarium. It just opened this month, and the news keeps going gaga about it. And, PETA was there. T'was lovely.

peta?
i am a member of peta:)
i have been a member since i was 11. registered by my cousins name:)

yay "animal rights" .

which may explain my hatred (YES HATRED) for weapons and violence.
disgustin things.
if you cant give life you have no right to take it either. live and let live.
sorry, got carried away.:D
BTW the use of weapons for self defense is justified.

Really? I'm not against people for animal rights. I just don't like it when people splash me with paint and stuff. I was wearing pleather once (a little on my bag) and got splashed at Lenox.

Yeah, I wouldn't shoot anyone just for fun (except paintballin'). SD is the only reason I would shoot. Can't kill animals (just too cruel).

splashed with paint? which colour??
i bet it was pink :D (just jokin)
personally i too dont approve of peta's aggressive approach.
(i am not a very active member :) )

T'was red. Yay, you're not a paint splasher :-D
