How's the temp. year-round?

fall hovers in the mid 60's. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower. Winter 50's to 60's, and spring 60's and 70's. These of averages, of course.

It rains a lot, a lot more than So Cal does.

Well, last year it did. Not much rain recently though.

Yeah, so far it's been sunny almost every day...I wish it would rain more.

Ahh..I hate the rain..lol..

It's only November, give it time. It will rain.

I loved the weather during the summer time, because that's the kind of weather I prefer (breezy). However I don't like it when it rains too much or if it's below 60 degrees. I guess I shouldn't make a big deal out of the weather lol.

A lot? If you think Berkeley rains a lot, I'd to have you live somewhere that actually rains a lot. :)

And yes, last year rained a ton relative to what normally happens.. I've heard, from a few different people who I think would know, the worst raining in 50-100 years.

Average Berkeley Weather:

Average LA Weather:

DRab, I wasn't here last year so I wasn't talking about last years rain....

Rain? You NorCal people call THAT rain? Pffffffftttttt!!!! :p

Try living in Kyushu, Japan. Monsoon season is rain, my friends.

Nyah.

yeah last year's rain was ridiculous. although during last fall it never rained, so the weather has stayed consistent

CA2006, I think your right, that obviously it rains more in Berkeley than in many southern California cities. What I'm saying is that compared to so many places out there, both of these places rain so very little, and both have nearly no snow, so compared to say, Kyushu, Japan, both Berkeley and southern California are great.

i think it rained just twice since I got here. I hope it starts pouring sometimes soon. I love the rain.

Indeed. ;)

I've never been to Kyushu, but I don't remember being in Japan at a time a year the weather was nice, unless you happen to like monsoon type weather and humidity...
I wasn't saying though the weather in Berkeley is worse than So Cal, just it rains more. I happen to like the Bay Area weather much more than the weather in So Cal... rain or no rain. :)

speaking of rain, its raining right now...

:sigh: i miss LA where its practically 75 all of winter

ugggg..... i would go crazy if it was 75 all winter. Not that Bay Area is much different.

The weather is amazing.
