Regardless, that wouldn’t count because she’s not naked. IMO, doing anything online is kinda sketchy. Go out and meet some cute (definitely 18 year old) girls!

and even if she was, a decent lawyer could prove that there was no mens rea on your part. Or rather, a decent lawyer would make the prosecution provide evidence of mens rea.

i agree with princessmahina
but maybe its because we r girls and it it literally drilled in our brains not to meet people from offline. I have always been taught that if u meet someone in person that u talked to online, they r definitely going to be some type of creeper

I don’t think there is anything wrong with talking to people online. I visit a lot of forums and talk to a lot of nice people. Would I e-mail a half-naked picture (I’m a guy) of myself? Probably not, but I certainly don’t think there is anything wrong with it. To each their own.

Counterargument to the females in this thread: eHarmony.

I have actually met quite a few couples that met online and are incredibly happy together. Just because some girls can put on heels and a short dress and get a guy doesn’t mean it’s equally as easy for guys to meet girls. That’s not sexist, it’s just the truth.

lol zchryevns It’s completely true. It’s very easy for a girl to wear a short skirt and low cut top and easily get a guy at a club. For guys, not as easy.
