webcam laws

so i was chatting with a girl on wireclub who claims to be 23. She emailed me a picture of herself with only a bra on + shorts on.

I'm asking because her profile says she 23 but in reality, who knows.

can i get in legal troulbe for this ? I'm also 23.

Uhhhh not sure…I don’t think you can but like I said I’m not sure.

i can’t find anything solid by googling this.

Regardless, that wouldn’t count because she’s not naked. IMO, doing anything online is kinda sketchy. Go out and meet some cute (definitely 18 year old) girls!

lol

When you two meet up somewhere, don’t be surprised when Chris Hansen pops out of the bushes and interviews you.

i’m not a ■■■■■! see my other threads…they are legit.

Have you seen dateline to catch a predator? You seem like one of those men

Sent from my HTC HD2 using CC App

Need to see pic to make a proper determination

Yeah I’d need to see the picture to give you a better answer.

Feel free to PM it to me.

I just wouldn’t meet people online. There are worse things than being under age, you know. She could be a murderer or something.

Get off the computer and go meet people.

Even if the girl is under 18, you didn’t break any laws because she isn’t naked in the picture.

and even if she was, a decent lawyer could prove that there was no mens rea on your part. Or rather, a decent lawyer would make the prosecution provide evidence of mens rea.

e: Mahina, you make it sound so easy.

i agree with princessmahina
but maybe its because we r girls and it it literally drilled in our brains not to meet people from offline. I have always been taught that if u meet someone in person that u talked to online, they r definitely going to be some type of creeper

I don’t think there is anything wrong with talking to people online. I visit a lot of forums and talk to a lot of nice people. Would I e-mail a half-naked picture (I’m a guy) of myself? Probably not, but I certainly don’t think there is anything wrong with it. To each their own.

Counterargument to the females in this thread: eHarmony.

I have actually met quite a few couples that met online and are incredibly happy together. Just because some girls can put on heels and a short dress and get a guy doesn’t mean it’s equally as easy for guys to meet girls. That’s not sexist, it’s just the truth.

lol zchryevns It’s completely true. It’s very easy for a girl to wear a short skirt and low cut top and easily get a guy at a club. For guys, not as easy.

^Its just as easy for guys wearing a short skirt and low cut top…But the clientele will be different.

^ It’s just as easy for guys who buy you a drink sprinkled with rohypnol

^ Its as a just for easy guys sprinkled with who buy rohypnol.
