<p>You need one of those or your Social Security Number. Form worked for me, but I backed down from creating the actual ID because I'm not sure I'm ready to make a four-year commitment with the username.</p>

<p>Thanks. I tried to create a username a month ago but it wouldn't let me so I thought I needed other numbers. It worked for me now. It's hard to pick a meaningful and lasting username so I just took the easy way out by using my name.</p>
