<p>Has anyone applied to this visitation program which is scheduled for September? Does anyone know about the travel stipends and when they make those decisions?</p>

<p>Thanks, MITChris. My son did submit forms for consideration but hasn’t heard back. Can he assume he will not receive any stipend? We are in the 60-80K range for income.</p>
<p>You should hear back one way or the other from us. Things have been quite busy at the office - the team that helps coordinate WISE just hired on a new person! yay - so it may just be waiting for now. </p>

<p>Has anyone heard back from the program yet?
When I got my application confirmation, it said we would hear back “in a few days” or something close to that. I’m not sure if all applicants get a notification, regardless of acceptance or not, which is why I ask.</p>
<p>Also, I emailed them on the deadline (I only found out about this on the last day!) with a few questions but I still haven’t gotten an email back.
I suppose it’s because the office has been busy, as MITChris just said?

<p>Got a response just recently.
For those waiting on travel stipend responses, they said that the deadline to apply for one has already passed.</p>
<p>And we will be notified of the results by the end of this week.</p>
<p>Thank-you for letting us know, Abrayo. My son was quickly accepted into the program but then never heard about the stipend but it does sound like there was general busyness and transition happening and it should be back on track by the end of the week.</p>
