Weekly Budget?

Seriously. I used to have a very bad diet and never worked out. Then I started working out and watching what I ate and I lost six pounds pretty quickly. It wasn’t hard to start drinking many glasses of water a day instead of many glasses of coffee with cream and sugar. It wasn’t hard to start snacking on fruits instead of chips. I’ve been a bit bad lately since it’s been very hectic at home but I’m gonna get back in gear. If I can lose weight then I’m pretty sure anybody with a normal body can.

Now, smoking on the other hand…

you can do it, i lived off instant ramen noodles, and peanut butter sandwhiches for like 3 years. and yea if you miss meals, you will loose weight. I always wanted to be really big like a bodybuilder and have studied it for a long time. but my diet will not allow me to gain weight at all much less in a healthy way. im 20 years old and weigh about 115, when i was 14 i weighed 116.

& by diet i mean whatever food i can find.

it depends. if you have the meal plan then take advantage of it. do you have a car? different things to take into consideration. it could be done and it can be very helpful to set up a budget

$30/a week should be plenty… The only money I really spend is on alcohol and occasionally an on-campus event that cost a few dollars. I basically just use the meal plan for all of my food.

I love ramen noodles. haha.

But out of curiosity… what would you be spending your $30 on? You have a 14 meal plan, so you might spend it on breakfast (if you eat breakfast). You don’t have a car. Do you watch a lot of movies? Drink? What?

Personally, I have hypoglycemia, so I can’t skip breakfast, or I faint. (Still do sometimes anyways.) But I eat a spoon full of peanut butter every morning and that keeps me until lunch. A jar of peanut butter is a few bucks and lasts for weeks. It’s also really not that unhealthy. Lots of protein, not too bad on sugar.

Just make sure you don’t get it poisoned with salmonella like I did in the 8th grade with the Peter Pan scandal. Ugh. I don’t think I’ve ever thrown up more in my life.

Dude. You’re set.
