weighing ACT writing scores

how do various collegs weigh the ACT writing sample as a factor for admission as of 2006-07? Anyone have a list or stats?

Thanks.

i have no clue to be honest dude... i made a 33.. but got a 9 on the writing part... the test before i had a 28 but a 10 on the writing.. i never have gotten above 10 on all 3 of my tries.. my first try was a 24...

I got a 12, which is why I'm wondering (composite=28). It's a real feather in my cap.

i got a 10. The secret is to write very very very fast and fill all the pages.

um, I know I've seen them say they aren't considered, but the combined English/Writing score is, or that's what my hs puts on the transcripts.
