Hello, so I’m about to head into my senior year. I’m kind of a late bloomer in high school because I struggled really badly with mental health issues in the beginning. The last two years I’ve improved so much and have went from F’s to A’s and have a 3.4 GPA. I’m going to be taking AP Physics 1 this year which will be my very first AP class ever. I’m also heading into a second year of Sign Language to count for my foreign language requirements for college but I struggle with learning foreign languages. I decided to take Statistics for my 4th year of math but I want to make sure it’s the right decision since it all can get confusing with college. My school counselor put me in Statistics because I had been in a math class that didn’t count for a 4th year and she said that even though she thinks I’d be a good candidate for Pre-Calculus she knows I wasn’t wanting to do it. I’ve just become super worn out after working so hard these last two years to catch up that I’m not sure I can handle 3 difficult classes, but I don’t want to make a dumb decision that will mess me up later. I struggled a lot with Algebra 2 especially near the end of the year because it was super difficult even with studying. Google was my best friend. Math is one of my weakest subjects as I’m getting more advanced but I do enjoy it. I enjoy using it more in science based classes like physics and chemistry. I just really need some guidance. Thank you!
