Hi guys! I was just curious how much does acception package weight? I am waiting for my package to arrive by FedEx and its says 0.7 lb/ .3 kg, what do you think? how much was yours?:)

^^ Crazy…

yeah, maybe waiting for such a long time makes a little bit crazy… lol But still, I am wondering if an envelope of that weight is thick and I am admitted?

Personally, and very unscientifically… I woud guess you have an acceptance letter. I can’t imagine what a school would include in a rejection letter that would weigh .7lbs (a consolation prize?)

or pay Fedex rates to send a rejection…

^^my LOL of the day…

I wish the colleges I applied to would give me their tracking numbers so I can see when these letters to come. (They take FOREVER.) I’ve been waiting on one since Monday, but haven’t gotten it yet.

Or better yet, tell me online or something. Tell you that your decision is posted online. If on their website it says “Accepted” then you can click a button to have the stuff sent to you if you already know you want to go there.

Acceptance letters vary greatly. However, I concur with other posters in saying a college wouldn’t pay to have FedEx deliver a rejection; email and standard mail would do fine for that.

Also, .7 pounds is too much for a piece of paper in an envelope, so it sounds like an acceptance package.
