How do you guys weight gpa? just curious
ive seen a variety of ways such as 1.05 honors 1.1 AP
A=5 B=4 etc. what way do most colleges work

At my high school it’s an extra .4 for AP classes and nothing for honors classes.

Frankly, it depends on the college itself. For example, the UC schools in california would do A=5 and B=4 but for only 8 semesters and then calculate the rest using A=4 and B=3. Your high school may do it differently as well. It would help if you gave us your current GPA and tell us how many AP’s, IB’s, or college classes you took. But you may have to search up the college yourself or contact them and ask how they calculate it.
