Weighted & unweighted GPA - totally confused!

My daughter's HS reports her GPA as 104.18. Apparently this is calculated by averaging the semester grade for all academic classes, with 10 pts added to any pre-AP or AP classes. I'm trying to convert this to the 4.0 scale, but I'm seeing so many different formulas!

Anyone want to take a stab at it? Here are her grades at the end of sophomore year. What would be her weighted and unweighted GPA using the formula that most colleges use?

Class............Sem 1.............Sem 2
pre-AP Bio........93.................93
pre-AP Eng.......97.................95
pre-AP Geom.....93.................93
pre-AP Span2....95.................97
pre-AP Geog......97.................98

Speech............94

AP WorldHist......95...............96
pre-AP Alg2.......98.................98
pre-AP Chem......90................89
pre-AP Eng2.......98...............99
pre-AP Span3......96...............98
BCIS.................98...............95

How do I convert the above grades to the 4.0 scale… weighted and unweighted?

It depends on the college, but I would recommend calling anything above 90 an A, greater than 80 and less than 90 a B, and so on. Then say that an A is a 4 for the unweighted GPA and an A is 5 for honors/AP classes.
