Weird GPA?

At my school a college prep(regular) class gets 4.0 for A+ 3.75 A and 3.5 A- and so on. Honors gets 4.25, 4.0, 3.75 AP is 4.5, 4.25, 4.0. So over the last 2 years a bunch of my courses have no honors/AP option because at my school only math and science have honors until you get to the AP level. So if I get an A- in these classes it's a 3.5. Are most schools like this because most of the public schools around me have the scale
90 - 100: 4.0
80 -89: 3.0
....
just like that
When colleges see my 3.75 (I'm a sophomore with only 2 APs so far), are they going to realize that it's about a 93 UW average or is it going to look like a B+/A- student

Don't worry about it. Your school submits a profile to colleges, so they know how your system works.

I still worry that at first the adcom will see it and be like ohhh 3.7 and that'll be the first impression and make me seem like I have okay grades, but not as good as they really are.

The adcoms are on to all of this grade weighting so don't worry about it. Concentrate on doing well in courses that you enjoy, and things will work out.
