Weird prospective major - where to go?

Intended Major: History , but really History of Science, to study development of medicine throughout the past as much as possible. I'm also going to be pre-med.

// I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN GOING TO SCHOOL WITH NO REQUIRED CLASSES OR THAT YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN MAJOR, JUST SO I CAN MIX LOTS OF HISTORY OF SCIENCE AND SCIENCE CLASSES. AND NOT BE CONFINED BY HISTORY MAJOR STUDYING ANCIENT CIVS - I REALLY LOVE THIS STUFF BUT I WORRY HISTORY MAJOR WONT LET ME FINISH PRE-MED REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER COURSES GOOD FOR MCATS //

What schools offer a History of Science major, that are good, and would be considered low to midrange with say, these stats

White Male, Catholic
NY State Resident

3.5 uw GPA - no honors or AP classes available at school I go to

1800 SAT(m500,v650,w650)

4 yrs basketball team
100 hours hospital volunteering
Some work experience as a telemarketer for pharmaceuticals company

Geographical Bounds:
Northeast including DC
Midwest

NOT IN OR NEAR NYC - DON'T WANT TO COMMUTE

Looking for:
At Least over 5k students
Not too religiousy
Not too hippy
Not over say, 12k students ( Unless its a great school or state u that will be easier to get into and say has great classes for this major I want )

Wants:
Good, but not overcompetitive academics
Decent reputation, doesn't have to be a household name or anything but I don't want med schools to "WHO?" me.

Dislikes:
Ultracompetitve John Hopkinsy schools, well thats not a big deal I dont have stats to get in those schools anyway, lol.

Guidelines:
Don't hate my stats or my weird tastes

Please give me a list of safetys, matches, reaches.

Currently on list:
CUA(Catholic U of America) Heard they have good history program, nice Catholic but not too Catholic thing going, on, DC, and I read their course listings on CUA website they seem to have a good few courses about history of science/medicine, but no major sadly.

lehigh (major is science, technology, and society), wisconsin (history of science), stevens intistute of tech (history of science), case western (history and philosophy of science), indiana (minor in history and philosophy and science), and oklahoma (minor in history of science) are good places to look.

I know Brown has a science and society concentration which sounds like something you might be into, but that might be too much of a reach.

I think Georgia tech has a history of science major

I'm pretty sure Case Western has a major like this.
