weird question from my calculus class

i need help solving a weird extra credit problem.
find a way for the first movers to always win 3-dimensional toe-tac-tic.

tow-tac-tic is the opposite of tic-tac-toe: you force your opponent to get 3 in a row.

a 3-dimensional toe-tac-tic board would look like this:
||_
||_
||_
level 1
||_
||_
||_
level 2
||_
||_
||_
level 3

thanks guys!

Tell your opponent you're playing tic-tac-toe.
