<p>u know how when we go to the college discussion page, u have a list of stuff... and then if u go to the alphabetical list of colleges, some colleges have a circle in front of their name, some have a yellow circle, while others have a littel blue arrow. i know the yellow one means somebody posted a new recent post, but what do the little blue arrows mean?</p>
<p>It means that the board is in another section, like the Top Colleges section or something. It's done by the board software.</p>
