<p>I was accepted to the university that I would like to transfer to, and the housing application has recently become available online. I haven't yet received my financial aid package.... Do you think if I applied for housing before they send the package, the school will realize I am committing then perhaps not offer as much aid (because they figure they got me anyway)? Does that even happen???</p>
<p>Financial aid decisons have nothing to do with housing applications. It is two different departments and one won’t know or care that you have applied to other. Moreover, many make housing applications (to get in line for choice of housing) and then decide not to attend a college.</p>
