<p>My SAT score is 2230 (single), Chinese (790) and IB predicted of 40/45. I got accepted into the following schools so far : UC davis, UC riverside, UC merced, UCSC, and UBC. However, I was waitlisted at UCSD and Babson which I think is a little weird. Both my letters of recommendations and personal statements are strong. </p>
<p>I am waiting on the following schools: NYU, U Penn, Boston Uni, USC, UCLA , Berkeley, U michigan (ann arbor) , Northwestern, Northeastern, and UCSB.</p>
<p>What are my chances?! </p>

<p>^If he’s an international IB student the 40/45 would probably stand for his GPA which, in the IB world is really high. That’s is more or less a 3.95 UW
UPenn, Northwestern - reach
UC Berkeley, U Mich, UCLA, USC - low reach/high match (You’ll probably get into two or three of these)
UCSB, Northeastern, NYU- match (You’ll probably get into all of these)
Of course its hard to tell without knowing your ECs and your major. If you’re an engineering student then UC Berkeley and U Michigan are reaches instead of high matches. </p>
