@amandaaaaa isn’t that kinda hurtful?

lol. zombie, yeah i don’t do it EVERY day. Like once a month! it’s the best sleep though!

Well I move around alot… At least I used to lol. But my weirdest would be waking up at random times in the morning no matter what time I goes to sleep. I usally goes right back to sleep if it before 6. Might be helpful for college if I want to take a shower at 4:00am but I’m kinda of a night shower-er anyway.

^^i use Benadryl

Eh, I sleep soundly and don’t really complain waking up so early unless someone else wake me up.

Ah, so you like the reverse missionary position? I didn’t know that high schoolers were old enough to be having sex … :D.

The age of consent is 16 so…

It’s different in different states

I don’t think this is the type of sleeping habit you were looking for, but I plan my sleep so that I wake up between sleep cycles (you’ll know what I’m talking about if you’ve taken psych). Basically, I sleep in multiples of 1.5 hours so that when I wake up, I never wake up in the middle of a dream and am less groggy in the mornings. I find that it is easier to wake up this way, and it’s easier to start my day.

^That’s kinda boring and annoying though…

sleep…? huh?

^^ wait…does that actually work? 1.5 intervals?

A few times, I’ve woken up to realize I’m sitting up instead of laying down.

^How does that work out?

@ZombieDante Haha that’s okay, I’m ocd like that
