nyuwishabee, I don't really think men are getting the short end of the stick. I just think men have legitimate concerns that won't see the light of day because there's so much stigma around men voicing their feelings and concerns.

The punishment in the Greek situation obviously should have been reversed (Frat gets probation, Sorority gets closed) because, frankly, nobody was really hurt by the dumb thing the Frat did, but people were put in the hospital by the dumb Sorority move...anyone should be able to agree on that regardless of how they feel about gender equality.

Anyway, as this discussion has evolved I get where the guys are coming from on this issue. It just came off as whiney before, but yeah, now I see more of what y'all are talking about.

Ahahaha! I don't know why this thread is still alive when the answer is obvious! In a fight the average a man can overpower physically the average women any day!

Seriously, these threads are always stupid and filled with generalizations and half-baked theories that try to high-light why women are better or somehow more unique and different then men. These differences that femminists create just create unrest without purpose and support the creation of more stereotypes.

NOW ONTO THE MILLITARY!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually women have most of the same rights as men now. The only thing left for them is the draft, and if women want to be drafted in my stead, that's fine by me! I'll support them in that propsition! (They'd suck in the army though...maybe in the airforce or navy they'd be a bit better as long as they weren't captured in enemy territory-then they'd have trouble escaping and be at a physical disadvantage, etc, etc...)

^He speaks the with the brightest of truth
