WEIRDDDD situation, need your opinion?

The story goes like this:
(Please continue reading, this situation can face anyone on the SAT and SAT Subject Tests with a proctor who's being chased by a train)

I registered for the November SAT Subject Test (Bio. E/M) and A LOT of things went wrong but anyway I studied everything in a great way and left nothing behind unless it was diligently studied. On the test day, it was awesome, a small percentage of the test was from a real SAT test I solved the other day and all the questions were sooo easy and I knew that at the very least I am getting a 750+ estimating a very rough scale and all other harsh possibilities.
When the result came it was a 690!!! I was tooo shocked. That's definetly NOT my mark. Notice that I have got a 770 score on the real test I solved the other day, so this just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, today, the College Board e-mails me and guess what?!!! They are telling me that they have observed that there is an SAT Subject Test that I have registered for and didn't conduct or, simply, MISSED IT.

So, what do you think?!!!

Please note that I am an A* student and that Bio. is sort of my thing.
Also, please include what procedures does the CB takes or makes when someone has entered his/her name wrongly or any other info. wrongly.

As for me I believe there has definetly been a switching in data and/or papers.
