<p>...do you submit your explanation, then pay in the application fee? I know for Common App isn't this way, on Common App everything's submitted at the same time. But the most important EC to me is one my family don't even know about and STRONGLY would disapprove of, so I don't want there to be any chance that one of my parents will see it by clicking through tabs or whatever (like one could do on Common App) when paying the fee.</p>
