My dean is trying to tell my teacher that I am able to do AP Computer Science EVEN when I already know it. She made the requirement that you have to be an 11th/12th grader in Calculus... :)

And Last Year I was in Geometry and switched into PreCalculus because all my friends were there. But the precalc teacher thought I was an idiot so he kept trying to persuade me to leave the class when I kept telling him I already know all the things!

Thats Florida.

Edit:

But DANG! I have to admit Asians are really good at math!?

The thing was… That I’m really good at math but I suck at english?? We took a practice ACT in honors english and I only got to like question 45 and everyone was at question 75+ ***?

It’s time management. On the ACT.
So Jorghi, why is calculus needed for Computer Science?

I guess its because the AP Computer Science teacher thinks that there will be too many “not caring” kids in the class and she only wants devoted people who have been proven ‘smart’ so she uses AP Calculus Students because apparently Computer Science is under Mathematics in my school. Thats silly though.

And about the time management, I have to work on that. I’m a really slow test taker, but I can get every question correct even when I don’t understand it.

Hello again Jorghi. You know, there are only 75 questions on the ACT English test.

I wonder How I’ll be able to answer all the questions in only 36seconds. I need to speed up my English brain logic system. Mentally is seems easy :D

One. Your teacher fails to realize what is actually in AP Computer Science. If they believe too many nonchalant don’t give a **** kids will be in the class, then she should let them have the grade. Don’t block interested people who don’t have the requirements.

^ Thats also how the AP Bio teacher and the Precalculus teacher acted.

I had to struggle to get into that math class. The work is easier.
And they wont even let me into AP Bio even though people in Honors Physical Science were getting C-'s while I had a high 96% in the normal class and I already knew chemistry past the level they learned in HPS.

Short: It sucks seeing people in the class complaining/bragging about homework when I don’t even get to try.
