Well Qualified Student Looking for Advice

Hello! My questions gain relevance in context so I'll start with my credentials.

I graduated from a small public high school earlier this year Valedictorian of a class of 75 with a 4.2 weighted GPA (3.9 unweighted) and a 34 on the ACT. I did not get into any of my top schools, but was waitlisted at Princeton, so I elected to attend a local liberal arts college this fall where I already had credits. I came into college with 9 credits and sophomore status. Consequently, I will be declaring a math/econ double major probably this week.

I am looking to transfer next fall and I consider U of Chicago a no brainer, but I am unsure of what other schools I should apply to. I am looking for strong Econ programs and preferably small class sizes.

I know Princeton doesn't currently accept transfers. Is there any chance this could change in the coming year? I'm guessing not.

I know the sky's the limit, but how much of a stretch are the major ivy league schools for me, if I have already had great interviews with alumni during my freshman application?

Unlike H, which didn’t take transfers for 2 years due to a housing shortage, Ps general policy is to take fr only:

I knew this much. Thanks for reaffirming me though. I’ve read an article or two about this potentially changing, but they all seem to be outdated.
