<p>What do you guys think my chances are at Penn State. Sending the App out this weekend for sure. Think I have a better chance of getting in than getting rejected?</p>

<p>Main thing about GPA, I have 4 C's throughout highschool. 1 in Art and French in 9th grade, 1 in Hon. Algebra II in 10th grade, and 1 in Elementary Functions in 11th grade. </p>
<p>Live in Washington DC, and 9th grade is Jr High here, so I don't know if colleges will take that into consideration. Also, grading scale in DCPS is 94-100 A, 85-93 B, so I don't know if that helps as well.</p>
