Well, what do you think?

So I just wanted a little feedback.
My dream school is Columbia Univ., specifically the Fu Foundation.
I have kept mainly an A-/B+ grade average, and I'm in the top 10% of my class. (Rather low, but I'm not a slacker...I hope) There's also an upward trend in my GPA if that helps.
SAT: 2300
Reading:720
Math:790
Writing:790
Math II: 800
Physics: 770
Math I:760
Chemistry:750
Tons of AP's and honors.
I have very good EC's, and several leadership positions (founder of 2 clubs Science Team, and Homework Helpers Club, positions in two others, Math team, Robotics Club)
NHS
NMS semi-finalist (pretty sure with a 227 PSAT)
Student Gov. etc...
So the bottom line is, my dream school is the Fu Foundation at Columbia, and I intend to ED there.
I understand that Ivies aren't the only schools out there, and I also love UCAL Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Univ. Illinois -Urbana, UMichigan-Ann Arbor...etc (Basically the top engineering schools)
My question is, what schools would I have a shot at? (I took a summer course for nanotechnology at Columbia and a letter of rec. from the teacher if that helps)
Thank you, and have a beautiful day.

i think you could definitely get into Columbia…your SAT score is super high and your grades are good plus your extra curics…i knew a person who got like a 2100-2200 on SAT and got in…maybe try to pull your B’s up to A’s, but other than that you have a good chance of getting in. u could also def get into carnegie melon and possibly berkely.

Only if you’re URM. If you’re Asian/Indian you definitely won’t.

Your objective profile puts you in the “people who have a chance at top schools” group so I think it depends on your subjective profile. If you happen to not be URM, you’ll have to differentiate yourself from the rest of the 2200+ scorers, right? You said ECs are very good, so I’ll trust you on that (science and math things are always good for engineering programs~~) and say that you have a good chance at Columbia, matches for Berkley and Carnegie Mellon, and the other two I don’t know too much about. (^ U ^)
