Wellesley Class of 2014: Early Decision

Nadeechee: where are you from?

@caradactyl: Thatā€™s awesome. Needless to say, I am very jealous. Do you plan to study Chinese at Wellesley? You seem like you know some already!

haha it was quite the experience! Pretty crazy loving with a non English speaking family! I didnā€™t know any Chinese before I went but now know a little more! I donā€™t know if I want to continue that far but weā€™ll seee!

Me! I apllied ED. Undeclared and East Asian studies. I wanted to go fur the least competitive ones.
Iā€™m so nervous! If I donā€™t get in here, Iā€™ll have to go to Rutgers :(

Itā€™d be so cool if all of us ended up being future class mates :)

Itā€™s funny you say that, since there are now 3 of us out of the 10 that posted here who put East Asian Studies!

^ Yeah, I kinda noticed that just now. Anyways, does anyone know where itā€™s gonna say if we got in or not, Like on what part of the info page?

18 Days!!!

No idea where itā€™ll say it, but I hope itā€™s not on the bottom of the page! I donā€™t want to freak out before I scroll down.

I am wrong.International students not applying for financial
aid are eligible to apply ED.

17 days!!! 10chars

2 weeks + 2 days = 16 days!!!

I put down econ and philosophy.

Hi ladies, Iā€™ve been lurking for a while and decided to post - hope you donā€™t mind a nervous parent. My D applied ED and I keep hoping that Wellesley doesnā€™t get too many aplicants from our area (northwest Florida) maybe it will work in her favor. I know someone was an international student, but if you donā€™t mind posting it - what part of the country do you live in?

Hi dfunckmom, I live very close to your D.
Southeast Georgia, right on the border of Flordia.

Also---- I put down Biological Sciences and East Asia Studies!
haha

Ann Arbor, MI!

agh! And here I was thinking Iā€™d get a competative edge by doing east asian! Ohh welll. Iā€™m from nc

East Asian Studies seems to be very popular! I wonder if itā€™s just a coincidence that so many of us on CC are interested in it.

Iā€™m from Long Island, NY.

wave OMG so excited!

Iā€™m also an ED candidate, and I put down ā€œMedia Arts and Sciences,ā€ though Iā€™m tempted to look at Econ too.

Plainsboro NJ

Good Luck to everyone! 15 days left you guys! ;)
