@emedylinaira Get on it!!! You should give yourself some time for revisions D:
Hi y’all! I am an international student who applied EE to Wellesley, hoping to double major in Biochemistry and French. This waiting is honestly killing me now! Becoming a Wellesley woman would honestly be a dream come true for me
I’m done with my supplement but I can’t bring myself to submit it. I just keep on reading and reading and reading it over to see if I can make any more edits anyone else feel/felt this way too? sooo nervous
we have a date guys!! Monday feb 22 are when EE notifications will be up on the portal
Ehrmagerd…as soon as I got that email, I put the notification date in my calendar XD
Did anyone here have a Wellesley interview? If so, how did it go? I had a bit of an unfortunate experience. It was my lady’s first ever interview and she forgot about it so she came almost an hour late. She was perfectly lovely, though, and we had a really good conversation.
Good luck to everyone who applied EE! I hope y’all get good news!
@Larensea I wasn’t able to get an interview, unfortunately… nobody was in my area and I couldn’t get a ride for the location that was a bit out of my range. I hope your interview went well though!
I had an interview! It was pretty good. We got along well
Hey ladies, I just decided to throw myself at this school last minute, it seems really nice… Anybody wanna be friends?
Hey guys! Hope it’s not too late to join but I also applied to Wellesley EE. I’m interested in majoring in International Relations
@anon9362 Let’s all be friends, I hope!!! Wellesley’s a great school, hope they accept you.
@asenioradvice Good luck, hope your EE results are good!
Change of plans, I love Wellesley but I chose to apply elsewhere instead (I had a limit on the number of apps I could do) I really hope you all get in though!
Have an amazing four years!
@Larsensea Yes! I interviewed and honestly it was my favorite interview out all all the interviews I had to do for colleges! My interviewer was so nice and made it really easy to talk to her without feeling awkward. She truly loved Wellesley and wanted to make other prospective Wellesley students just as excited as her! Definitely boosted my interest in Wellesley!
hi! just decided to get active on CC to fill the time until late March X_X
out of curiosity, what did you all write about for your supplement? I chose #100 “The pluralistic, polyphonic, unclassifiable mass of humanity that is our student body” and #94 “Dorothy Jones-Davis, beyond the fairy tale” - I’m FGLI so it was a very hook-y, inspiring, bootstraps-pulling paragraph.
@mech423 Hi! I did #8 Naseem Dahod, investment entrepreneur and #81 Globality
@mech423 I wrote my essay about #100 “The pluralistic, polyphonic, unclassifiable mass of humanity that is our student body” and #92 “Orgs Fair”. My essay focused on community and how I’ve been always searching for a place to find myself and belong - and how I think Wellesey is that place.
@stellacastor me too! lol I hope they like both of ours
I wrote my supplement on #15 the Honor Code and #36 Nancy Drew
I wrote my supplemental essay on the computer science fair and the wellesley-brandeis orchestra.
@jdmoves10 That’s so cool! Are you interested in majoring in Computer Science?
I did study abroad and the Boston Chinese Neighborhood Center!
