With the admissions deadline being in less than 2 weeks, I thought I'd make a thread for any other Wellesley ED'ers to endure the wait together... since all the other colleges seem to have one. I am sooooo nervous :(</p>
<p>My stats are too low. I AM SO SCARED =(</p>
<p>Scores aren’t everything… ugh one week and one day left. Why can’t the time pass by faster? D:</p>
<p>The sucky part is that my gpa and scores suck 
This anxiety is killing me. I can’t seem to focus on ANYTHING!</p>
<p>6 days left… I’m getting so nervous…</p>
<p>ME TOOOOOOOO!!! I really don’t want to get rejected or deffered! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Wellesley too much!</p>
<p>GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! I remember this time last year soooooo well because my daughter and I were waiting for ED decisions to come out. </p>
<p>Listen, if you don’t happen to get in, just remember that there are a LOT of excellent liberal arts colleges around. Wellesley is only one of them.</p>
<p>Sooo nervous too My scores aren’t great or anything…I have no additional recs and I don’t know what to make of my essays!! Are you guys applying for financial aid? I’m not coz I’m international! xx</p>
<p>Thanks Marama! And yes itsjanexx I applied for FA bc I’m not international. And don’t worry my grades and scores aren’t stellar either. Hoping for a miracle! :)</p>
<p><em>sigh</em> I find it so hard to start working on my RD applications until I find out my wellesley decision… This is not good…</p>

<p>LOL we all have our weaknesses I guess. LOL i bet you mine is lower(slightly below 2k) ishallnothate. Oh and madamoiselle I promised myself I would finish my apps before I find out in case the news is terrible in which case I will be distraught!</p>
<p>wellesleygal: i am probably in the same range you are. i’m also below 2k ahaha… oh well. i hope they stay true to their statement that they look at everything.</p>

<p>Ohmygod ishallnothate that makes me feel better since everyone on CC is a total super genius. Hope they disregard my gpa and SAT! I can’t imagine going anywhere but Swelles.</p>

<p>haha no really, wellesleygal, you’d be surprised how many people under 2K are applying. People just like to boast about their scores on here. u know those applicant/cc users who are always like “Will i get in with a 4.5w gpa 2350 on SAT with perfect subject test scores and a 34 on ACT? STRAIGHT A’s I have a very small chance, right??” ----> can’t stand those… --_–</p>
<p>And ber518: according to wellesley class of 2015 applicants, “Of the 275 Early Decision candidates, 62 were deferred, of whom 13 were admitted in April; 87 ED candidates were refused in December; and 124 were admitted.”</p>
<p>Haha lol ishallnothate, I can’t stand CC applicants sometimes. I commend them on their stats but really chancing is so arbitrary you never know whats going to happen 
And omg so many people got deffered/rejected. I’m really scared now. I thought they had like a 52% ED rate but calculating that is only 45% AHHHH SO ANXIOUS! Does anyone know the number of applicants this year?</p>
