Hey! Also applied to Wellesley! Applying as a junior transfer, though. Glad to another Wellesley applicant here, since I didn’t see anything on the Wellesley board.
Have you heard from them about your application yet? As to an applicant portal or some way of knowing that they’ve received your credentials? I’m getting a bit worried because I haven’t heard from any of my schools yet, but I only applied on Sunday so I guess I don’t have anything to complain about.
Nah I haven’t. Each school has their own time frame for applications. Just wait?

Sophomore transfer as a cs major!
I read announcements come out April 8th. They just like to throw our nerves into a panic.
@BeachSummerFun I saw that on the portal, but I feel like that must be for first-year RD? April 8th is awfully soon. Last year decisions came out around May 15th.
Last I checked first years received theres today - or rather there was a button for them to click and sign in and see their decisions which I can no longer find.
We may not hear until May. All the colleges keep changing their dates so I do not know which to expect. I recently discovered another school I am waiting for is supposed to inform transfers end of March to April but originally it was not until May.
Whether or not it comes out on the 8th or in May the wait is rather excruciating.
Wow, you’re right. RD was today. April 8th just seems so so so soon; they haven’t even received my midterm grades yet! But a shorter wait would definitely be nice.
Transfer decisions are coming out the 8th! I’d get your midterm report in ASAP!

I applied for the fall as a political science major. Hoping all my credits transfer so I can be a junior but I’ll transfer as a sophomore if they don’t. I’m super anxious about this decision.
Where else did you guys apply to for transfer?
I applied to Mount Holyoke, American University, and George Washington University.
I just checked the MyWellesley portal and they changed the admission decision date to April 13th 
what does that mean???

I applied to Smith and Bryn Mawr too but now I’m thinking Wellesley is pretty much my only option.
how can they change the date like that?
Smith, Mt Holyoke, Amherst. Wellesley may be my only option as well.
Most likely they are late with decisions.

Does anyone know if because they’re releasing decisions about a month earlier than most schools whether or not they expect a reply earlier as well?
