I missed the deadline for the interview and was wondering how important is the interview; I know it is strongly recommended so I am freaking out right now.
I don’t believe it will be a disadvantage. Most of the time, interviews don’t really help unless you have a great interview.
Call and see if they can find one for you. You never know.
