I am applying as a transfer and I have an interview next week. I have already done several interviews for other colleges, but for some reason I am more concerned about this one. I'm not exactly sure why.
What questions did your interviewer ask (besides the standard "why college x" questions) when you were interviewing for Wellesley? What were your general experiences with your Wellesley interview?

I barely remember my interview. All I clearly recall is feeling awkward that I wasn't dressed quite nicely enough--and that apparently didn't make a difference.

It must have been a fairly standard interview ... I was so enamored with the campus and the happy people and the beautiful weather and the peace-and-quiet that I wasn't paying attention to much else. (Moral of the story: it's not a big deal, the people conducting the interviews are quite nice, and I would say that you have plenty of room to define exactly how you want the interview to go. If you want to have a conversation with the person, go right ahead! They aren't going to grill you about your intentions, ideas, and Life Plan with regards to Wellesley :-) )

I was interviewed by the admissions committe, and I remember getting asked if I had any questions about the college, and what courses I was taking (in High School).

the interviewer is incredibly nice and it was very casual. she explicitly told me not to dress up and she showed up in sweater+jeans. just know the basic questions, they don't probe too deeply.

I missed the interview deadline. What kind of dumb@$$ am I.

i didn't get one either, but i regret not requesting one. MOST of the time, (im sure your other colleges asked this) they ask about your EC's, courses, your likes/dislikes, etc. occasionally they slide in some weird questions (atleast, they did for georgetown).

Plenty of students get in without interviews. Keep in mind that they're a luxury (many applicants don't live in areas with alumnae and/or cannot afford to travel to an interview area) and not a heavily weighted part of the application.

Iirc, the interview can only help you, not hurt you if you don't have one.

i had a horrible interview with wellesley - hic. It was a group interview and you cant actually say much in a group interview with people from the same schools because it would lead to overlap.... - hic, i dont think i stand a chance at Wellesley at all........
